Facking headaches ...

Why do we get them?

It's one of the 173 reasons why I've never wanted children: I can't even stand adults when I have one of these things--if I had children I'd surely have to bind and gag them and toss them in a closet until the headache went away, but I just don't have that kind of closet space in this house. It's easier to just not have them.

Do you use caffeine? Sometimes (for me) a morning headache can be withdrawal from a lot of caffeine the day before. Have a "hair of the dog" coffee or tea and see if that helps.

I carefully regulate my caffeine input already, Bob (very rarely do I have any after noon), but thanks for the suggestion. Occasionally the morning cuppa does help ... but not today.

I've been dealing with these headaches since I was about 10 years old ... they have decreased in the past 5 years, but they still make a visit now and then. I have meds to take that sometimes help.
